Relationship study between modal/cotton blended ratio and wear comfort performance
This article studies the relationship between the wear comfort performance and blended ratio of modal/cotton fabric. 7 sorts of modal/cotton blended yarns are prepared with different blended ratio. The wear comfort performance of modal/cotton blended fabric changes with the increment of blended ratio of modal fibers. By the analysis of the moisture adsorption, moisture permeability, and air permeability properties, the optimum blended ratio of the modal/cotton blended fabric is determined. The results indicate that the properties of the modal/cotton fabric can be adjusted by transforming the compositions, and modal/cotton with optimum blended ratio can be seen the development of good underwear fabric fiber raw materials.
