Study of synthesis and characterization of NiZnCu Ferrite/TiO2/polyaniline nano-composites

NiZnCu ferrite/TiO2/polyaniline nano-composites were prepared by inverse microemulsion polymerization. The samples were characterized by infrared spectrometry (IR), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electromagnetic properties of nano-composites were measured by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and SDY-4 digital four-probe resistance instrument. The TEM images showed that the particles assumed core-shell structure with the particle size of 5-20nm. The saturation magnetizations of nano-composites was 0.47emu/g and the resistivity of NiZnCu ferrite/TiO2/polyaniline was 0.6Ωcm.
