Encapsulation drugs into nanofibers by coaxial electrospinning
This study is aimed at developing a novel type of drugs delivery carrier with the capability of encapsulation dual drugs. Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) and Rhodamine B were successfully incorporated into nanofibers by means of coaxial electrospinning. The morphology of composite nanofibers was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The composite nanofibrous mats made from coaxial electrospinning were characterized by X-ray diffraction.
