Embrace all students into physical education by effective teacher in-service empowerment
Continuing teacher education is commonly acknowledged to be one of the most important factors favouring quality of home-school-community inclusion. As an educational philosophy, inclusion is a comprehensive, school-wide effort that encourages teachers to provide high outcomes for all students and to insure flexible groupings in the development of appropriate curricula (Villa & Thousand, 2000). The challenge is continuous adaptation of teacher education to changes in society.
