The structure of professional burnout syndrome among Polish physical education teachers

Introduction A physical education teacher in Poland is considered to be responsible for his students health and hygienic attitudes which he creates during educational process. He is supposed to make his pupils aware of the value of physical activity for their entire life & to improve its quality. The human and financial resources required to meet these diverse expectations has not been forthcoming. Teachers have found their credibility eroding with larger community. Politicians, corporate executives, and educational experts have expounded conflicting answers for correcting the ills of education.
