Reproducibility of effect from a curriculum intervention study in physical education
Introduction Replication research allows researchers to establish trustworthy generalizability of intervention results by examining reproducibility of intervention outcome observed in previous research. Reproducibility was defined as the extent to which intervention results are reproducible (a) in different settings or (2) across different settings (Chow & Liu, 2004). In medical research, at least two pivotal intervention trials are required to ensure clinical reproducibility and generalizability before the results can be acknowledged.
