Evaluating technological capacity and user experience in the 21 st Century sports media
Introduction As technologies continue to evolve in the 21st Century, we predict that tools for sports media will be more capable in real-time distribution, cover more detailed, diversified and local events and market segments, as well as engage more active user communication and participation. The widely recognized ESPN Sports Poll covers a variety of topics, however, the roles and contributions of Internet, mobile services, television and radio broadcasting, and other technological offerings are not closely examined.
