Modern trends in physical rehabilitation development in Russia

Introduction State educational standards of the third generation are presently being developed in the Russian Federation. The standard takes into consideration a two level structure of higher education. The standard is aimed both at national demands for education and the labour market including common European tendencies of higher education reformation.
