Influence of different workloads on Nitric Oxide and Nitric Oxide synthesis enzymes in rats

摘要：

Introduction The present study adopted a rat swimming model using increasing workloads for 8 weeks in order to test nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthesis enzyme (NOS) in the blood serum and cardiac muscle cells. The study also discusses the influence of different workloads on rats NO, NOS to provide a basis for exercise training.
