Changes in strength, serum hormones and skeletal muscle HSP70 expression in rats exposed to different intensities of swim training
Introduction The ability of sport to cause body improvements is a function of the exercise training and the course of adaptation. The adaptation which embodies the ability of the whole body, includes the adaptation of body cells and tissues. Research shows that hormones of anabolism and catabolism play an important role in sport adaptation. Being the most important heat shock proteins, HSP70 takes part in the expression of HSPs induced by sports stress and can protect the cell structure of tissues. The purpose of this study was to establish intensity training models of rats and to research the relationship between strength and the balance of anabolism and catabolism and skeletal HSP70 during different intensity swim training.
