The influence of muscle oxygenation on EMG parameters of different skeletal muscle contractions

摘要：

Introduction Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is widely used to monitor oxygen distribution in muscle tissue of humans. The purpose of this study was to investigate how muscle oxygenation influences electromyogram (EMG) parameters during isometric and incremental exercise. In addition the study also examined the relationships among muscle oxygenation, EMG parameters and blood lactate concentration (BLa) during muscle fatigue.
