General education: The strategic choice for Chinese athletes

Introduction The peoples livelihood era started when the peoples livelihood was impacted by the 17th NPC (National Peoples Congress) of the CPC (Communist Party of China) in 2007. Education development is superior to all other areas of development and occupies the highest priority in the lives of people and is also essential in rejuvenating a country. With the development of the society and the progress of economic system reform, the shortcomings in the training of elite athletes are more evident in China.
