Measurement of biochemical indices of elite Chinese disabled weightlifters during a training camp
Introduction In order to determine sensitive indices for the functional evaluation of disabled weightlifters, this study monitored and evaluated several biochemical indices of a group of Chinese elite disabled weightlifters during their training camp. It is expected that coaches can use this information to assist with recovery and adaptation to changes in training load. This study can provide a scientific basis for targeted training.
