Physical activity level, physical fitness and cognitive performance of active post menopausal women
Introduction Aging is associated with a decline in physical fitness, functional capacity, and cognitive status. There is evidence that both aerobic and anaerobic exercise can improve or maintain cognitive functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the association among physical activity level, anthropometric, neuromotor, and metabolic variables with cognitive performance of active post menopausal women.
