Comparative analysis of healthy cities in the East-Asian region
Introduction According to WHO (World Health Organization), good health means a perfectly peaceful state physically, socially and mentally, not just meaning a state without disease. In addition, healthy city as cited by the WHO includes recommendations to solve the health problems of city dwellers. It is also suggested that cities try to improve their health by considering the health issue of the cities rather than each city reach a certain health condition. Healthy cities are those that implement all functions of life in cooperation with city dwellers. They continuously create and improve the physical and social environment so that they can display their potential to the utmost and amplify regional resources.
