Walking time and its effects on blood pressure in middle-aged to aged essential hypertensives

Introduction The aim of this research was to investigate the impact of different fast walking exercises on several physiological indices such as blood pressure, body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-hip (WHR) and biochemical indices such as serum lipids, endothelin (ET), and nitric oxide (NO) during the resting period and the mechanism of lowering blood pressure before and after exercise training.
