The effects of varying intensities of exercise on cognitive aspects of stroop performance
Introduction The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of varying doses of exercise on the Stroop test. Methods Participants: Fifty male college students (M=21.50, SD=0.880) were recruited from PE Majors at the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. No participants had colour blindness or colour weakness diagnoses. The years of participating in sports ranged from 0 to 5. Among them, 18 students participated in a pilot study, and 32 students in the experiment.
