Design and Implementation of ESB Based on SOA in Power System

To deal with the problem that information shares hardly and data exchanges inefficiently in power system, various information systems need multi-source integration. This paper mainly analyzes the information system integration structure and the information exchange style among application systems, and proposes a design scheme of power Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).This design, meeting IEC 61970/61968 standards,is developed by Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and divided into adaptation layer, service layer and data layer. In this scheme,Common Information Model (CIM) is used as the standard of data exchange model and XML is used to describe the message. This ESB includes various methods to achieve service integration, uses multiple protocols as the data transfer protocol, and supports multiple forms of the message passing (request/response,one-way request,publish/subscribe,etc).Power application systems can be encapsulated into services, which have the property of location transparency,to publish. The ESB provides functions of the service registry, location and routing,so as to facilitate the information integration of power enterprise.
