Research on modeling and optimization methods of integrated resource planning
The Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) considers the resources of the supply-side and demand-side in the planning process of the power system at the same time,which can minimize the total cost of planning.The target of Demand Side Management(DSM) is to reduce the electric energy demand of terminal customers by regulating the structure,mode and efficiency of power utilization,and the target of supply side management is to improve both power resource structure and production efficiency of power supply department and allocate rationally the electric energy supply model of production enterprises; In view of the energy crisis and environmental protection pressure under fast economic development conditions,this paper proves that the integrated resource planning is the most effective measure to deal with the problem of power supply in China.Based on the traditional electric power planning model,this paper study on integrated resource planning in detail,which not only consider the environmental protection but also the lowcarbon objectives.By analyzing the national situation and combining with foreign experience,the influences on power planning caused by Demand Side Management,environmental protection and the power market is summed up,the effect of power system resource optimization and carbon emissions reduction in the new situation of China because of integrated resource planning is studied.The modeling and optimization methods of power planning are analyzed and the applicability,advantages and disadvantages of each method is compared.Finally,some problems to be solved are put forward,which would be of practical value to the implementation of resource planning in China at current stage.
