The Development on 610MPa Grade Hot Rolled Sheet for Automobile Crossbeam in Pangang

摘要：

In Pangang 1450 hot strip mill, the 610MPa grade hot rolled sheet with stable mechanical properties using for automobile crossbeam was developed by adopting Nb-V microalloying design, controlled rolling and cooling. The ranges of its yield strength, tensile strength, elongation are 510～645MPa, 615～710MPa, and 22％～30％, respectively. The average yield strength tensile strength, elongation are 569MPa, 652MPa, 26％, respectively. The P610L steel which produced in Pangang with excellent low temperature impact toughness and forming property, can fully meet the requirements of users.
