The Strategic Decision To Develop Service Outsourcing In Heilongjiang Province
A new round of global industrial shift promotes the service outsourcing develop quickly. As a new kind of modern high-end services, its role in promoting the economy is obvious. And how to seize this opportunity to make service outsourcing industry drive economic growth and promote industrial upgrading become an important problem which Heilongjiang province have to face. This paper makes an analysis based on the qualification of the service outsourcing industry in Heilongjiang province, and formulates a development path for it. Through a series of strategic decisions, Heilongjiang could give full play to its own advantage and concentrate on creating clear-cut “Longjiang brand, eventually successfully become an important outsourcing base in China.
