On the Dynamic Factors of Migrant Workers’ Migration

摘要：

In the former researches on migrant workers’ migration, every indicators were verified from the researchers’ subjective view. This paper began to collect the available data of a series sellected indexes relating to migrant workers’ migration, using the method of principle component analysis (PCA), then generally drew a conclusion on the effects of dynamic migration factors which were divided into four main components, such as agricultural factor, demographic factor, economic factor, industry structure factor. Finally when 0-1 variables can be added to original target leading to logistic regression, it will be got that agricultural factor and economic factor are the main dynamic factors of migrant workers’ migration.
