The model of New Product Developing Plan in an agile manufacturing

摘要：

The dynamic alliance mode of new product developing (NPD) is proposed. The enterprise alliance shares the risk and profit for developing new products. According to this developing mode, the optimization mode of new product activity selection is proposed. The optimization objective is to maximize the profit. By using Tabu search algorithm approach, the whole set of pareto or near pareto solutions is found.
