Auxiliary Functions of Geometrical Forms in Design

摘要：

Geometrical forms have always been influencing the design in history, especially in modern design. This article tries to explore the origin and process of its development and the reasons for its trend to prosperity from the history on relationships among geometrical forms, proportions and aesthetics. This article also takes examples from famous designs of graphics, buildings and products to analyze them in details and emphasizes the indispensible auxiliary functions of geometrical forms in modern design.
