The Improved Ergonomic Design for XZM - 100 Vibration Grinning Machine

Based on the user center, combined the function, operation and physiological characteristics of human being, and focused on the scientific way of operation, redesigned the original XZM -100 Vibration Machine under the ergonomic system. XZM -100 Vibration Machine is operated by male and female. The first difficulty for operators is opening and closing the up-shell to complete the two actions of near and off the body within the two opposite positions of 90 degree Angle; the second is fastening the mortar. The main duty is to design the height of workbench to satisfy the operators to finish the TWO difficulties. According to GB/T14776, the design criterion for Vibration Machine is small size limit. Choose the design principle of the female, class II, standing work position, combine the structure of the grinding machine, the final height of workbench surface is 924mm. And select female P5 percentile to restrict the highest workbench, the final height is 1069mm, which is accord with ergonomic requirements. The design also improved the original operation method; reduced the difficulty to open and close the up-shell; and strengthen the mortar fastening method to simplify the function and structure of up-shell.
