Seat surface design due to the analysis of body pressure test data
Tested the body pressure distribution between human body and seat surface by using the measurement of body pressure, imported the data into three-dimensional software and changed it to be point form that can be edited. It analyzed the distribution of points and changed them into a surface, got a surface fits body buttock and used it to design a new inflexible chair. The seat surface of this chair can disperse the pressure of body buttocks to avoid excessive local pressure that cause discomfort to our body, meets people’s comfortable needs on the inflexible seat.
