Future Developing Strategies of Enterprise Based on the Study of the Evolution of Consumer Demand
Nowadays, only to meet escalating demand of consumers, the enterprises will endow unbeaten competitiveness. The paper, based on CS theory of the three levels of the product composition, summarizes the evolution of consumer demand into three stages: the core product consumption stage, tangible product consumption stage and additional product consumption stage. Thus it points out that, at this time, consumer demand shows emotional, personalized and experiencing characteristics. According to above consumer demand features, future developing strategies of enterprise are presented, such as ask consumers to participate in product research and development, continuously get feedbacks from consumers, improve the customer satisfaction, focus on the technology innovation, focus on the design innovation, which can grasp the trend of worlds cultural and creative industry development accurately.
