A new algorithm for Movement Precision Reliability of the main motion of internal combustion engine
Based on the geometrical theory of the reliability index and taking advantage of an improved particle swarm optimization with simple parameter setting and high convergence speed, a movement precision reliability computation method of the main motion of internal combustion engine is presented. The proposed method avoids the partial derivatives calculation in the performance function, and it is suitable for cases when partial derivatives are not available or are difficult to calculate. Simulations results on movement precision reliability of mechanism demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and practical, and provide a new effective approach for the calculation of movement precision reliability.
