Comprehensive Utilization and Application Technology of Biomass Energy Polygeneration
Technique process, equipment, and production utilization of biomass energy polygeneration were studied in this paper. The charcoal, combustible gas and biomass power generation vinegar are made from biomass materials at the same time by comprehensive utilization and application technology of biomass energy polygeneration. Calorific value of the gas was from 3360 to 5880 kJ/m3 which can be used for power generation or is directly available for users. The properties of agricultural and forestry biomass carbon are different because they can be used as organic compound fertilizer, combustible charcoal, reducing agent and so on. The vinegar included 18 kinds of major organic compounds which on Candida albicans and Escherichia coli have a strong antibacterial performance, inhibitory rate of 90% or more. Therefore, it can be used as antiseptics or deodorizer for livestock. It also can increase both crop photosynthesis and yield, promote flower bud differentiation, increase the penetration of pesticides on crops and enhance crop uptake of fertilizer.
