PHASE TRANSITION AND THERMODYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF TlX (X=P, As)

摘要：

We present the study of phase transition, volume collapse and thermodynamic properties of Thallium pnictides by using the three-body interaction potential model (TBIPM). The TBIPM includes the long range Coulomb interaction, three body interactions and overlap repulsive interaction up to second neighbor ions. The phase transition pressures are compared with other theoretical results. The thermodynamic properties of these compounds are also calculated.
