DEVELOPMENT OF TEST EQUIPMENT AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHABOUT THE p-t Relation OF HYDROCARBON COOLANT FOR GENERATOR
At present, the generator hydrocarbon coolant research is still imperfect in that there is lack of thermophysical properties test equipment. So we design a simple test equipment according to the thermodynamic phase transition theory, then test the relation between saturation temperature and saturation pressure which is also called the p-t relation. By switching the channels, it can achieve the test from the negative pressure to the positive pressure. And it has some characteristics such as convenience, stability, safeness. When the pressure maintains a constant state in the pressure vessel, we get the one-to-one saturation temperature. By determining the p-t relation of the water vapor, it proves the accuracy and the reliability of this test equipment. After that, we test to get the one-to-one saturation pressure of the coolant when the saturation temperature is between 5--95 ℃ Moreover, this equipment can also be applied to test the p-t relation about other new medium and solve the problems of engineering application.
