THE SATURATION PRESSURE AND ITS DERIVATIVES OF SOME LIQUIDS

Some modern models of the pressure of saturation on the coexistence curve have been considered in the work. They are chosen as PS -equations those follow to the scaling theory of critical phenomena and include critical characteristics: α and Δ. The examples of the models include equations suggested by Wagner (1973), Rabinovich and Sheludiak (1995), Abdulagatov (2007), Park et al (2009). One more form, Ustjuzhanin E.E. et al (2007), is named as a combined model and discussed in the work. It includes scaling and regular parts. A structure of the scaling part is chosen dew to the scaling theory and represents measured (Ps k,Tk)exp -values those are placed in the interval: τlow…τscale=0.0001…0.1. The regular part has to compensate systematic deviations of the scaling part from (PS,T)exp -data those are placed at temperatures τhigh > τ > 0.1. A modified Park model is discussed too. Linear and non-linear algorithms of an approximation have been used to determine fitting coefficients of the models. The input data sets are placed in wide temperature intervals and got for the models of such substances as H2O, CH4 and alcohols. Some functions were investigated among them: the first and the second derivatives of PS, αW and others. Numerical data on PS as well as those on the functions mentioned are got in the critical region. These values were compared with results evaluated with the help of Wagner model.
