EXACT SOLUTIONS FOR THE MHD FLOW OF A HEATED GENERALIZED OLDROYD-B FLUID WITH FRACTIONAL DERIVATIVE

This paper presents an analysis for magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow and heat transfer of an incompressible generalized Oldroyd-B fluid between two parallel plates. The fluid flow induced by the upper plate infinite accelerating slide and the heat transfer under the effect of thermal radiation. The fractional calculus approach is introduced to establish the constitutive relationship of a viscoelastic fluid. Exact solutions of velocity field and temperature field are obtained in terms of series and integrals have been obtained by means of Fourier sine transform and Laplace transform. Moreover, the behavior of many parameters of interest on velocity field and temperature field is shown graphical through different diagrams.
