Integrated Disaster Risk Management with a focus on Multi-sector Involved Participatory Approach for Disaster Reduction:Challenges towards Social Implementation

摘要：

This paper addresses increasing needs for integrated disaster risk management (IDRiM).A special focus is placed on multi-sector involved participatory approach for disaster reduction.The most essential part of the challenge to take such an approach is shown to be social implementation.A new type of multi-sector involved workshop method is introduced,and illustrations made to explain how it operates and helps the concerned sectors systematically own both the process and outcomes of workshop operation.
