Framework and Modes of Managerial Mechanism Design Theory with Applications in Emergency Management

摘要：

This research emphasized the unified framework of mechanism design theory,especially for managerial mechanism.Different from economic mechanism design,the basic composition of mechanism which is an ordered seven-tuple will be analyzed and five fundamental design modes will be proposed as well.This paper starts with the background and history of mechanism,and then discusses the definition,classification and characteristics of mechanism,and at the end the application of mechanism in emergency management is studied.
