A method to evaluate the implementation effect of the railway emergency plan
After the railway emergency plan is applied in actual events,we should make a correct evaluation on its implementation effect so that lessons learned and plan modified.Based on the function and the steps the plan implemented during the rescue process,we propose an effect evaluation index system for the implementation of the railway emergency plan.Then an appropriate evaluation method is introduced concretely.Those will make a contribution to improve the level of the railway emergency management plans and to strengthen the quality of the plans preparation.
