To Strengthen the Role of Social Security in Emergency Management

摘要：

In the face of increasingly frequent types of emergencies,emergency management,as an important part of the governments public administration,is a new topic to build a harmonious society.In the emergency management,social security plays an important role.At present,emergency social security system has not really taken shape.There are still some problems about the preparation and supervision of capital,and the preventive effect is not very clear.Therefore,we should recognize the links and differences between the emergency social security system and the existing social security system.And emergency social security system should be improved to give full play to the emergency management.
