Carrying Capacity of Land Resources Crisis Management of Harbin
Land is the base of human’s survival and development,land carrying capacity is an important comprehensive index to reveal the man-land relationship,so the research of carrying capacity of land resources is a great promotion of rational urban development and harmony of man-land.It’s Based on the concept of carrying capacity of urban land resources,We used the index system of the carrying capacity of land resources on Harbin City which conducted a preliminary analysis and evaluation,thus obtained bearing capacity of land resources in Harbin volatile,and the downward trend in recent years,This reflects the carrying capacity of land resources in Harbin appears crisis,and then related to a set of measures,trying to reverse the trend the crisis,and proposed to enhance the land resources bearing capacity of the proposal in order to safeguard Harbin population,resources,economy and environment.
