Comparative analysis of the crisis and emergency management system between USA and Korea

摘要：

Historically,as crises have frequently occurred on this planet,the knowledge about crisis and crisis management also has developed as well.Initial researches have a tendency done mainly with object of natural disaster.This means that crisis management has traditionally focused on natural disaster as scholastic research tendency about crisis is also done in the same line as recognition on crisis occurrence.However,as industry was developed and urbanization was rapidly progressed,the research for artificial and social disasters have been emphasized,as artificial and social disasters have begun to happen and the seriousness and scope of influence of damages incurred by such disasters were gradually expanded.
