Design of Command Mechanism in Emergency Management

摘要：

The management mechanism design and evaluation is an important issue.Mechanism design has been complete and feasible in economic analysis field,while the design of emergency mechanism is still difficult in emergency management field.Firstly,the ordered seven-group in mechanism design is introduced in our research; secondly,the design of emergency command mechanism which include emergency command system and its effective task chain based-on Computational Organization Theory is discussed.The fire command mechanism is introduced as a case.Finally,Game Theory is proposed to analyze emergency command mechanism.
