Runoff and Sediment Effect of Different Measures in Central Sichuan Province of China
Soil and water conservation measures adopted in Changzhi project was analyzed to identify the effect on runoff and sediment in purple soil area of central Sichuan province. Mutli-dependent regression model was constructed targeting on 14 watersheds, in which runoff and sediment variation are regarded as dependent variable and area of measures as independent variable, runoff adjustment amount and sediment reduction amount of each measure was calculated further. The results show that the maximum disparity reaches 5 times amount different measures for runoff storage, and reaches 15 times for sediment reduction amount. The soil and water conservation effect havent reached its stabilization just after finished, multiple investigations are needed to acquire a complete evaluations.
