Land Degeneration and Law-guaranteed Countermeasures in China
The land deterioration is the serious environmental problem in China. The paper has analyzed both natural and human factors in land degeneration in China. It emphasizes particularly the state and calamity of land caused by the activities of human beings and provides certain counter measures of land protection guaranteed by publicity and education of the law, legislation, and observance and enforcement of the law. If we want to solve the land deterioration problem completely, the exiting law and regular must be changed. We can use the sustainable development and ecological system management to direct the use of land resource.
