Small Watershed Management Decision Support System Based on RM, RS&GIS

摘要：

The system uses Visual Basic 6.0 as a development tool and introduces Region Manager V5.5 (RM) as the development platform to develop Small Watershed Management Decision Support System (DSS). This new system uses loosely coupled means to build a link among remote sensing (RS), geographic information system (GIS) and expert system. It provides a method for exploring the watershed information management and scientific decision making.
