Severe Accident Management and Research at CGNPC

摘要：

This paper reviews the achievements and experiences in the research and engineering application on severe accident management for the in-service and new CPR1000 nucelar power plants in CGNPC, including the development of SAMG, IVR, and evaluation of prevention and mitigation capacity during severe accident, etc. These research achievements and engineering application experiences in severe accident management of CGNPC have been benefiting Chinese independent R&D of nuclear safety technology and the engineering design improvement, and the new advanced PWRs design in China.
