New ideas for analyzing transient heat transfer characteristics of pulse reactor
The kinetic characteristic of nuclear thermal-hydraulics in pulse reactor is important for reactor running. The heat transfer between fuel rod surface and coolant is the key of the heat transfer analysis in pulse reactor, and this research is not perfect at present because the mechanism is not clear enough. To solve these transient heat transfer problems in pulse process, some new idea is introduced in this paper. First at all, the system and feedback theory is attempted to be applied in heat transfer analysis; secondly, heat transfer delay which is a new concept is introduced in following; then system module analysis with heat transfer delay is applied in heat transfer calculation. With performed by a visual tools, the analysis method recommended in this paper is easier and more convenient than old. The conclusion can be applied in correlative research.
