Analysis on the Super-winding Accident of Casting Crane and Configuration of the Safeguard
This paper analyzes the super-winding accident of casting crane and the configuration of the safeguard, it adopts the method of reliability analysis and calculation in each safeguard setting project, and the concept of safety integrity levels (SILs) is introduced in the hoisting mechanism. This study has significance that advances security design and avoids super-winding accident in the casting crane.
