Optimal 110/110KV Substations Plangning
This paper presents a new mathematical optimization model to determinc the transformer capcity,conductor size and mumber of ruansformers and shbstations in an clectic distribution system,in consideration of its special vhatacteristics.In the model,many aspccts of the opctationsl and maintcance costs of the electric distribution system are considered.The principles of distribution nerwork planning are discussed bascd on the proposcd model in the paper.A genctic algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem with all constraints respectde.The results of a computational example suggest the effectiveness of this proposed method.
