Refers to the relevant standards of IEC and the case of advanced countries,combines the national conditions and network conditions,from the high reliability requirements,customer interaction,energy conservation three areas,discusses the necessity of the construction of smart grid: combines the areas of smart home,smart community,electric vehicle charging and discharging,proposes the main content of the construction of smart grid in residential power utilization field.
