The purpose of power quality monitoring is to realizing analyze evaluation and comprehensive treatment. If power quality monitoring data couldnt reflect exactly power quality of real grids,then the following data analyze and research based on the monitoring data is meaningless. This paper analyzed the and actually monitoring data approved the significance of flagging the voltage transient events. The result has an important significance about power quality monitoring and data processing.
