Analysis of the phenomenon of false ground in small current grounding system

摘要：

Through discussion of the process of live apart and lap of the outlet cable,this paper provides a detailed numerical analysis of the live working. During the live working,ground signal in the substation is a false grounding caused by the change of capacitance to ground of the network.
